Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, confidentiality obligations and commercial terms for paid services will be defined separately for each engagement.

No guaranteed outcomes

Opshala may provide analysis, recommendations, frameworks and implementation support, but does not guarantee commercial, employment, academic, financial or other outcomes that depend on factors outside its control.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Opshala name, visual identity, original website content and proprietary frameworks are reserved. Client materials remain subject to the ownership terms agreed for the relevant engagement.
